Adventure Built Fitness

We offer personal training, semi-private training, and small group training in clients' homes, along with completely private and customizable guided hikes. Haley grew up in Seattle and graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in Communications. She started her corporate career in the city but was always passionate about fitness. So when she and her husband decided they'd make the risky decision to quit their stable jobs to move to Maui, she figured it was the right time to pursue her dream. It was here that she and Spencer started Adventure Built Fitness. Haley received her ACE personal training certification in 2016 and leads circuit training classes at a nearby hotel and trains clients in their homes. She specializes in functional training, circuit training, and high-intensity interval work.
