Our studios specialize in providing quality instruction at an affordable price in a warm and welcoming environment. We are the ONLY studio on island to offer classes in yoga, barre, dance AND infrared heat at each of our locations. We have truly created a space that offers something for everyone! We had been moving for a long time. Since birth, actually. We loved yoga, barre, and movement but found that it had gotten so expensive. Afterglow Yoga was created to fulfill a market need of great movement classes, with great teachers at an affordable price. Since our original Wailuku location got started, we have since opened up another 2 locations to continue to share great movement with our sweet island.
