Ramen -- it's no surprise to us that this hearty dish is so popular, and we do our best to serve nothing short of the best ramen around. Our broth and fixings are all prepared fresh in-house and presented beautifully with an artist's touch. We're serving more than just ramen though. We've also incorporated traditional Japanese robata, with pork belly, ribeye, scallops, and other selections skewered and slow-grilled over hot coals to seal in their flavor.
