Ale's Kitchen is a local family - owned and operated business. Owners Angie, Lino, and Eddie have had over 25 years of experience in the service industry. The three thought a restaurant specializing in breakfast is a concept the city of Midlothian was missing. Thus, Ale's Kitchen was born. We have grown completely, expanding to dinner options since we opened our doors in November of 2021.
With our specialty being breakfast, you're able to enjoy the delectable flavors all day long with access to a full bar. Pear a spicy Bloody Mary with your favorite breakfast meal or come back in for dinner and enjoy our Chipotle Chicken Pasta with a delicate glass of red wine. Whatever you are craving, we have you covered using all fresh ingredients.
