Align Wellness Studio

We offer group Pilates classes and private instruction on the mat and all apparatus; LeBarre; willPower&grace; yoga; holistic health counseling; massage therapy; and acupuncture.Most if not all instructors are Pre and Post Natal Pilates Specialists. We offer pre and post natal classes including Baby & Me on Thursdays at 10:30 a.m. Most of the instructors worked together at a Pilates studio in Maplewood, NJ which has since closed it doors. Our loyal clientele missed their favorite fitness classes and instructors and were encouraging us to carry on together. Then the most amazing space literally fell into our laps. Due to the high demand for our services, Mindy Catron, Tara Roscioli and Gwen Swanson Vigorito decided to partner together and create the Align Wellness Studio. We brought all of our instructors with us and have expanded our services.
