Norma Muñoz is the president of Aloha Travel & Tax Services. Norma was born in San Luis Potosi, Mexico. In 1995 she graduated from CONALEP with a degree in Hospitality Management and Gastronomy. She is also bilingual in English. In 1996 after working in 4 years in the travel agency business in Mexico, she relocated to Chicago. She became an authorized e-file provider and a member of the Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA). In 2004 she opened her first agency in Cicero to proudly serve the Latin community in that city and in 2006 she opened her second agency in Chicago. Norma’s success is due to her years of experience in the travel industry, her professionalism and her personal approach to customer service. Her satisfied customers keep coming back to her because of the quality of service that they get at her agencies.
