We are dedicated exclusively to indoor cycling classes. We had a fantastic idea to create an awesome fitness experience that is convenient, fun and make it work for all ages and fitness levels. At Ameanspinn our vision is to create a high quality, high performance, full body workout that is non-impact and appeals to all age groups and fitness levels. Our job is to deliver greatness, all on the bike. The classes can be intense, but they are adaptable to all levels of fitness and with the instructors help you will find your perfect ride. Whether you are looking to start an exercise program, lose weight, train for a specific event or just add a little variety to your life, this is an ideal fit for you.. We welcome riders of all abilities, as our classes appeal to beginners, hard core cyclist and all those in between.
