Animated World is a relaxed tattoo studio. We specialize in custom work.Consultations are free. Quan is the owner and only artist. Our minimum is $30 and we only charge $200 per session. We don't like to charge by the hour because we don't like to make our clients feel rushed or to rush ourself. We offer police officers, firefighters, military, EMT and 18 year olds %50 off everyday. It's our way of saying thank you for coming to our rescue when we need you and to get minors to wait until they are 18 to get their tattoo. 18 year olds must come in ON their 18th birthday to get the discount. There is no profanity, vulgarity, drugs or alcohol allowed.Quan has been tattooing for 21 years and has been drawing for 26 years.
