Carmen and Jesus, the owners are from Venezuela. They created this amazing and unique fusion of Venezuelan and Lebanese cuisine in November of 2014. Carmen is a math and physics teacher from Venezuela. For many years she worked as a teacher for high school and graduate levels. She has also coached mathletes that participated in National and Worldwide Mathematics Olympics. Although she had a professional training as a chef she used to cook daily only as a hobby and was an expert hosting event for friends and family. People loved her food so much that they kept asking her to share her gift as a cook with others.
