Krav Fit is the premier self-defense and fitness training center in the state of Arkansas, offering instruction in Krav Maga and group fitness classes.
Krav Fit was founded in 2004 by Devin Shirley, and our instructor staff has over 30 years of combined experience in Krav Maga.
Our adult classes last an hour and a half. Stamina and fitness are essential to Krav and comprise the first 30 minutes, and the next 60 are all Krav Maga! Our youth classes last 50 minutes.
