Art of Eight was founded in 2011 with the vision of creating a gym where professionals and beginners alike could enjoy a clean, inviting, and friendly facility. Our trainers have visited and trained at many gyms throughout the United States and around the world. As good as those gyms may be, there was always something lacking. Art of Eight believed that it could build a better gym that showcased its training philosophies.'
