Anna Isabela Reality LMBT NC Lic. #3866, completed her massage training at Touch Therapy Institute  in Los Angles ( Encino ) Ca. in 1998, and received her National  Certification credentials. Anna has certifications in Reflexology,  Craniosacral, and Healing Touch therapies. Anna's studies have included  Acupressure, Anatomy, Physiology, Kinesiology and Pathology, Advanced  Swedish Strokes, Alexander Techniques, Color Therapy, TMJ, Myofascial  Trigger Points, Neonatal Massage, and Therapeutic Stretching, and more. Anna  often incorporates Craniosacral or Reflexlogy with Swedish / Deep  Tissue massage in a 90 minute session for a deeper therapeutic  relaxation experience. Anna and David have several "regular" weekly,  bi-weekly and monthly returning clients on a special "Health Maintenance  Plan".
