A Fitness Gym in Alderson WV
Meditate with disciplined fellowship while learning how to combine mind and body through fitness with a Tae Kwon-Do focus. We provide instruction in WTF (World Tae Kwon-Do Federation) Tae Geuk Tae Kwon-Do. Our head instructor is an artisan with 20 plus years of experience in this field. We are currently the only martial arts studio in the area that provides instruction in this area of discipline.
