Established in 1922.Atkins Park has a rich history. In 1907 a craftsman bungalow house was built on the current street level site. In 1922 the house was elevated to the second level and the Atkins Park Deli was opened on the street level. The owners of the house lived upstairs and ran the deli downstairs.
