Augusta Subs & Salads has been a Billerica main-stay for more than 30 years. Over the decades, owners Mary Bishop and Bill Strazzere along with countless crew members have built a reputation for proudly serving “The Best Damn Chicken….Period”. In late 2012, Augusta’s hit the road taking their famous Chicken to the streets of New England with their food truck, Chicken on the Road. Join us at everything from corporations to food truck festivals to private parties and fundraisers. The “Cluck Truck” can be found in over a dozen towns serving Augusta’s famous Chicken Bites at a ton of fun events.
