Established in 2000. Shae has been a licensed massage therapist in Texas since 2000 and NASM certified personal trainer since 2008 with specializations in Corrective Exercise, Sports Nutrition and MMA Conditioning along with certified TRX suspension Instructor and Haganah Combat Fitness Coach. She is also a certified Reiki Master-Teacher and does attunements and classes periodically. She is a 9th Generation Reiki Master and Karuna Reiki Master through The International Center for Reiki Training. She is also a member of The Foundation for Shamanic Studies, TAMT and IMA.
