TJ Gida took over Bambino's early fall of 2018 from the 3 friends; Niall, Nick & Chef Ray. Her goal is to continue serving the high quality east coast pizza and Italian food which Bambino's locals have been accustomed to. East Coast Pizza is famous for its thinner crust, lighter sauce, where the toppings n cheese take center stage, ending with a thin oil like coating ready to be tabbed up with your napkins. TJ is dedicated to using nothing but the best ingredients and the recipes of which Chef Ray had used to make Bambinos a locals favorite!
