Bar Basic

Bar Basic opened in 2017 and is located near Grand Army Plaza in Park Slope Brooklyn. Bar Basic reflects the hip sensibilities of the surrounding area while also paying tribute to Brooklyn's storied past. With a hyper focus on a regional, righteous, garden-to-table experience, we consciously source local ingredients from foragers, fishermen, farms and specialty purveyors who share their passion for producing only the highest quality seasonal products, whenever possible. We use 100% grass-fed natural Angus beef, pasture raised free range in New Zealand from Silver Fern Farm, freshly grind and blend in house every morning. No hormone or antibiotic. Our chickens are raised cage free on an all vegetarian diet.
