be Well Home Healthcare Services was founded in 2002 by Joe Toomey, RN, MSN, a Boston native, who received a master's degree from the Psychiatric Clinical Nurse Specialist Program at Yale University. He believes that high-risk patients with complicated psychiatric and medical diagnoses can be successfully treated in the privacy of their own home.
