We are are pickup and delivery Meal prep Cuisine with 100 percent gluten free options, diabetic friendly, mid and low carb options, low sodium, non GMO, all natural and with organic vegetables and fruits. Every dish we make here is from scratch, delicious and we have a menu that changes weekly so you don't get bored. We pride ourselves on our gluten free pastries, from Devils food cake to sweet cornbread w/cajeta and our most famous item is our "original protein donut!" Established in 2014. My husband and I started this business 2 years ago from a tiny apartment kitchen making 20 meals and have grown into a commercial business of 3,000 - 4000 meals per week. I myself a nutritionist, and himself a well known fitness trainer, dedicated our lives to changing the health of the RGV. From our love and the love of making the world a healthier place our business has flourished.
