Beignet Cafe

Beignet Cafe Madison opened April 2018. The original Beignet Cafe opened in the Northeast Huntsville area on October 1, 2015 and is a popular breakfast and lunch spot. Owned by Drew and Denise Tyriver who also own the popular, long standing Ole Hickory BBQ in New Market, Alabama, Beignet Cafe was created to offer up great NOLA foods served with a southern touch. We offer breakfast and lunch Tuesday through Sunday with dinners on Friday and Saturday evenings. You can try anything from our very popular French Toast with a side of andouille sausage or our Signature Dirty Grits served with two over medium eggs on top. Our Gumbo, Jambalaya and Étouffée bring NOLA right here to Alabama and most everything is made fresh, in-house. And of course, don’t forget the Beignets and a Cafe Au Lait!
