Bert's Box was built from the bottom up. Starting as a one man show out of a garage, Bert's Box has blossomed into one of the greatest judgement-free fitness facilities in the area. What we do is run fitness classes for men and women of all ages, shapes, sizes and background. We work with adolescents all the way up to seniors.
