Getting in shape is truly all about being consistent with weight training, diet and cardio work. The current rage of semi-starvation diets and appetite suppressing shots is simply a quick fix. Where will a person be a year or so after stopping these programs?? Our advice is this-- Stop Eating out at restaurants and hire an experienced trainer who will be waiting for you, at your appointment time -in a private facility. Showing up is 80% of success and our program forces you to be consistent with your training. When you do become consistent, the dietary part of the equation falls into place easier.
