Big Beach BBQ

Big Beach BBQ food truck was created by Gerald Lauther Jr. In 2011 with the concept designed around simple, fresh and memorable. Our menu is intended to give our guests the opportunity to eat fresh locally sourced fish and produce, as well as, our signature Kiawe smoked pulled pork. We learned that by focusing on a few select items and perfecting them was the key to a happy palate and experience at Big Beach BBQ.
