Big Moe's Kitchen - Canton

With over 15 years’ experience under his belt to a certified culinarian expert. Big Moe decided to change the style of food in our community. He attended and graduated school craft college’s culinary arts program and formally worked at the Detroit athletics club. Finding his passion, he set out to share his skills with the community. Big Moe’s was founded and was first located in a gas station in Wayne, Michigan in 2016.
