All Biggs Storm Shelters meet or exceed FEMA 320 and ICC-500 Standards. All concrete storm shelters are 6'2" high inside. Installation is included in all pricing; dirt haul-off available for an additional fee. Slope Front models have 5 steps; Flat Top models have 7 steps. Safe rooms are shown at the bottom of the page. Today's safe rooms are designed to withstand an F5 tornado.Established in 1981.Thirty-five years ago my wife and I started Biggs Backhoe with one truck, trailer and backhoe. We personally installed storm shelters and septic systems. We built our business and it has grown and prospered over the years. We started out and have remained a family owned and operated business. Our son, daughter-in-law and son-in-law along with fifteen to eighteen great employees work with us each day. We have a diverse company and enjoy providing customers with quality products and service. We are one of the oldest, most reputable septic and storm shelter installers in Oklahoma. We have been blessed to provide thousands of customers with protection from Oklahoma's severe weather. We install storm shelters, install and service septic systems, provide backhoe and dozer service and have a trucking company to haul dirt, shale and gravel.
