Bikram Yoga Maui

Bikram Yoga Maui is a fully licensed and authorized Bikram Yoga studio specialized in teaching only the original 90 minute Bikram Yoga series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. All of our teachers are certified Bikram Yoga teachers and graduates of the 9 week Bikram Yoga Teacher Training. Originally from India, Bikram studied yoga from a very young age. He designed the series of postures to work the entire body inside and out sequentially, using every muscle, system, and organ in the body. Practiced in a heated room with optimum humidity, the series is a cleansing and strengthening 90 minute class that stimulates, rejuvenates and balances the entire body for maximum health and wellness.
