Biscotti's Restaurant

Dick and Lori McLaughlin have been owners/managers of Biscotti's Restaurant since 1999. Lori, and her permanent smile, is who you will see most often at the restaurant. There is a rumor that Lori is actually identical quadruplets, which explains how she can be seen at the restaurant, in town, and elsewhere in the county all at the same time. As many of you already know, the restaurant is one of the best - if not the best - restaurant not only in Conneaut but Ashtabula County. And even though they both know that you have no business without fabulous customers, Dick and Lori are most proud that many of their employees have been with them for many years, some since the inception of the business. It all adds up: Great Customers + Great Staff = A Great Experience and a successful restaurant. Lori somehow found time to go back to school to start and complete her Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition with a concentration in Hospitality Management from Kent State University. Husband Dick, following a nine-year stint in the Army, managed various manufacturing companies for his entire career. Now retired, his last post was as the president and CEO of General Aluminum Manufacturing.
