I specialize in preparing authentic southern style BBQ.I used a dry rub on the ribs, brisket, pull pork, and chicken. The meats have been marinating for 24 hours before going directly on to a special design made in Texas smoker using kiawe wood. Ribs smoked for over 5 hours, pull pork 6 hours, brisket 8 hours plus, chicken 3 to 4 hours.
