Black Forest Import Service was established in 1994. Our company's main objective is to provide a location where Mercedes-Benz and Volvo owners can bring their vehicles for maintenance and repairs by highly trained and ASE certified factory technicians, while ensuring a higher standard in personal service and technical expertise. Over the years our client base has expanded but we continue to strive to keep customer satisfaction our number one priority. With technological advances incorporated into the newer models we continually update our technical and diagnostic training and equipment. Our job is to serve our customers in the most productive, efficient and cost effective manner possible.
