BlackBelt Taekwondo was established in 1982 by Grandmaster John Hwang, a 7th degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. We are very proud to say we have been in service for over 20 years in various places throughout the tri-state area including Westchester, Bronxville, Tuckahoe, New Rochelle, Yonkers, Scarsdale, White Plains, Mt. Vernon, Pelham, Briarcliff, Ossining, Pleasantville, Queens. We believe offering high-quality lessons in a welcoming and supportive, yet disciplined and challenging atmosphere with certified instructors is the secret to our prolonged success. We recognize the importance and uniqueness of each one of the members of our center and consider all of them integral parts of the BBT family.
