vila Brasil is a Rodízio style restaurant. Rodízio is a method of serving meat that originated in the south of Brazil and north of Argentina over 250 Years. The concept is to serve a wide variety of different cuts of beef (The House special Picanha ,Spice beef, Flap Steak, Garlic beef ), pork (sausage, pork loin Parmesan cheese ), chicken (chicken legs, chicken with Parmesan), lamb (leg of lamb marinades on a secret recipe mainly composed by meant, lime zest, black pepper, salt, and other spices), in succession, to each diner individually right at their table. Don’t forget the famous grill Pineapple !! A meal typically begins with a trip to the salad bar, and Brazilian side Dishes Buffet which features a variety of vegetables more the 20 traditional salads and in addition to 18 traditional hot dishes.
