Hello, my name is Ron Aronsohn and I, along with my son Nathan, own and operate a neighborhood Restaurant & Lounge in Las Vegas, Nevada called the Blue Ox Tavern. The Blue Ox legacy began in Minneapolis, MN with my father, David and continues today with my son Nathan. The Blue Ox has operated continuously in the Las Vegas valley since March of 1980 and the Blue Ox Tavern location on W Sahara Ave has been in business since January of 1996. The Blue Ox is a "Minnesota Place" providing Midwestern hospitality. Accordingly, we are a "home away from home" to our displaced friends from Minnesota. This is especially true during football season when we feature the Minnesota Vikings. We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner.
