Blue Taco Is a place that cater to all. Mostly to the Taco lovers and Tequila enthusiast. At the age of 22 George opened his first Mexican restaurant in Miami Beach called El Rancho Grande. It was after he did a culinary trip to Mexico that he was introduced to tacos and quesadillas made with blue corn masa.
