Bluebird Diner

Established in 2008. A little restaurant with a great big heart. We converted a paint store (Gilpin Paint, a wonderful business and family) with the dream of cooking innovative interpretations and the classics using real food as simply and deliciously as possible. We try to keep it local, both with our food and commitment to the community.
