Bobby Rubino began his chain restaurant career in 1972 when Tony Roma recruited him from a maitre d’ job in Miami to join that budding chain. Rubino launched Bobby Rubino’s Place for Ribs in 1978. Ever since, our tradition, quality of food, and dedication to our customers has been our number one priority.
