Bocadillo Kitchen has been two years in the planning. We started with a simple idea of doing what we love. The result of all our planning, passion and where almost every great cook gets their creative inspiration, my mom, Bocadillo Kitchen was born. Yes we understand that opening up in a gas station convenience store may be different and unexpected, but that is what we are: different and unexpected.
