I work with your body to help heal and relieve pain. I use one or more massage modalities depending on what your body needs at the time of the visit. I am trained in Soft and Deep tissue, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release, Lymphatic,Heated Stone, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Craniosacral, Lomi Lomi, Comfort Touch and Chair Massage. Working slowly and with an intuitive touch I am guided by what your body is telling me.
