Bourbon is an American Whiskey Bar and Cajun-Creole Kitchen. We specialize in craft cocktails, local beers, and of course, an extensive American Whiskey and Bourbon list. Chef Gordon Langston crafts Cajun-Creole favorites and Bayou-inspired dishes using fresh, local ingredients sourced from SC farmers. Bourbon is located on Main Street, just a stone's throw from the steps of the capitol building.
