Brandon C. Peters Fitness specializes in strength and endurance training, sports conditioning, injury prevention, and weight loss. We always thoroughly assess a client's level of fitness prior to the first session. This allows us to immediately address limitations in posture and movement patterns that might otherwise cause injury down the road. With this information, we are able to design personalized fitness routines and nutrition plans that we use to train and educate the client as safely and effectively as possible. I
