Brasa's menu is inspired by the creole cooking traditions found throughout North America, The Caribbean, Central and South America. Our food is a celebration of new world and old world ingredients and represents a fusion of many cooking traditions and cultural influences brought to the Americas and Caribbean over the past 500 years. The traditional cooking from West and Central Africa, Western Europe, China & India have influenced the creole table and created a vibrant, fresh and wholesome cuisine like no other in the world. We supply our kitchen with local products, natural, free range and pasture raised meats, eggs & dairy. We also feature organic ingredients, fair trade coffee & tea.
