Braza Grill @ Lehi

Braza Grill is owned by J.R. Lopez, a native of Brazil who has lived in Utah for more than a dozen years. Lopez originally opened an import store aptly named Made in Brazil, but decided he could make more money with a restaurant. After selling his import store he opened Braza Grill, a churrascaria modeled after barbeque restaurants in his homeland, with a buffet of hot and cold foods and meats hot off the grill, carried about the room by servers who slice off as much as diners want. We are located in Lehi, Utah and the Salt Lake City area as a servicing restaurant. It's not a unique concept in the United States or Utah. A wave of churrascaria fever has swept the nation since around 1999.
