Breathe Yoga offers a variety of group classes and private instruction, including Vinyasa, Slowflow, Ashtanga, and Yin, as well as group meditation classes, Pranayama (breathing), Yoga Nidra (Yoga Sleep), and eventually, some more specialized classes for athletes - runners and cyclists for example - Chair yoga, and workshops that explore advanced asana practice, yoga philosophy and Ayurvedic principles. Founded on the principle that, "If you can breathe, you can do yoga" (T Krishnamacharya), Breathe aims to serve all ages and abilities, providing a warm and welcoming space in which to learn and grow.
