"Brian's Giant Subs is a family-owned and operated, Jersey-style sandwich shop located in Dublin, GA. The business was founded and opened as a start-up on April 25, 1989 by Brian and Mindy Keith when they relocated to Dublin, GA from New Jersey. Brian’s operated under a small franchise for a couple of years, before branching off and building his own successful local brand more commonly known as, Brian's Subs. Brian's specializes in fresh-sliced meats and cheeses per order, daily fresh-baked bread, and fresh condiments. While serving quality food is a must, the customer experience is a large part of what makes Brian's such a successful business! Brad and Robyn Meeks are the proud new owners as of July 2018 and will continue the legacy!"
