Brickhouse Grille

Mike Riesinger and Collin Wehner, two Dickinson natives, opened The BrickHouse Grille in June of 2008. Long-time friends, both grew up here, attended DHS, and moved away to pursue their educations and careers. After relocating to Denver, Mike went to college to study business, and began exploring his options. After sucessfully running multiple profitable companies in Colorado, he realized he should be devoting his talents towards his own future. Both his personality and drive for quality made the food & beverage industry a perfect fit. Collin moved to San Diego where he attended the Culinary program at the Art Institute, and graduated with the highest of honors. Working under a renowned chef for many years, he gained valuable experience in both cuisine and running a kitchen. After supervising a high-volume fine dining establishment in an upper-class area he knew he wanted to bring his talents back home. Coincidentally, the two both made their decisions around the same time.
