BROS Sandwich SHACK

Bros is owned & operated by 3 brothers (Josh, Matt & Jake) we are all veterans of the restaurant business. Matt and Josh graduated culinary school in Dallas Tx in 2008, since then we have cooked in fine dining restaurants from the Texas Gulf Coast to the Texas hill country to Dallas until landing jobs as chefs for 2 extremely high volume restaurants in the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee where we drafted our younger brother Jake who quickly apprenticed and became a front of house asset. After working 70+ hrs weeks we took a much needed vacation to the OBX, we immediately fell in love with the area and ironically the opportunity to open our own restaurant in Avon presented itself just a few weeks after vacation. The decision to resign our positions and make our mark as restaurateurs was an easy one. We opened Bros Sandwich Shack in September 2014.
