Buffalo Grove Martial Arts is an 11, 000 sq ft state of the art training center that features children's karate classes, fitness kickboxing that even professional fitness trainers take, Alpha Krav Maga, a self defense system developed by the Israeli Defense Forces and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu with the Carlson Gracie Jiu Jitsu Team . All of our classes are taught by adult certified instructors.
