About Glen Master and Building Beauty. Marlo Master emerged from the beauty business in Chicago to Los Angeles where he perfected his talents on celebrity photo shoots and runways. Quoted by the LA Times as "A Hairdresser That is a Cut Above", he is now based in South Florida where he spends his time as a style editor for local magazines and fashion runway looks featured on shows such as Deco Drive. BuildingBeauty is a brand for ALL women. We believe beauty radiates from the inside out and all women are different. And different is beautiful.
