Prior to opening Bulldog's I was a Chef for over 15 years. My last job was as an Executive Chef overseeing three local restaurants. Love to be creative and thinking outside the box and that is what we try to do at Bulldog's. I have a great partner who is just as creative as well as a great "front of the house" manager.
