Ridiculous Burgers • Double Trouble: Double American cheese melted on top of a certified Black Angus Beef patty, topped with our boneless bbq ribs meat, crispy onions and bbq on a bed of purple coleslaw all this served on a buttery brioche. • Drunk Monkey: Certified Black Angus Beef patty, caramelized sweet plantains, goats cheese and a rum reduction. • Venezuelan Cowboy: Flat top seared Venezuelan queso fresco, certified Black Angus Beef patty, tomatoes, lettuce, grilled onions and avocado aioli. • El Patrón: Crispy chicken bites served on a potato roll with purple coleslaw, melty pepper jack cheese, tomatoes and a roasted jalapeño aioli. • Mamacita: Perfectly seared salmon served on a oats whole wheat roll, with our house made olives cream cheese, arugula, tomatoes and touch of garlic aioli.
